RSSDI VISHWAS (Videos to Support Health, Wellness, Awareness & Self-care) is a free patient education initiative led by RSSDI, Asia’s largest diabetes society. Every video content is reviewed by RSSDI diabetologists. Any hospital, clinic, or patient in India can access the videos at no cost.

RSSDI VISHWAS leverages Digital & AI technologies to provide high-quality, clinician approved, multi-lingual and Indian context relevant patient education content.

RSSDI VISHWAS fills that gap with clinician-validated, structured videos in multiple languages, ready to watch whenever needed.

Purpose of the RSSDI VISHWAS Patient education Videos

These short, structured videos are designed to:

How to Use It

Multiple ways to deploy RSSDI VISHWAS videos in your clinic / hospital setting 

  1. Stream on a Digital Display in Waiting Area:  Stream the RSSDI VISHWAS videos on a display in waiting area. Patients and caregivers watch while they wait. 
  2. Put QR Codes in Waiting Areas: Display the RSSDI VISHWAS poster, tent card, and standee. Patients and caregivers can scan QR codes and watch the videos on demand. 
  3. During Consultation in Doctor Cabin:
    • Use Handouts to guide your patients to the specific videos. 
    • Embed video links in your digital prescription (or discharge summaries) in your clinic management software / EMR. 
    • Share the links via WhatsApp.  
  4. Pre/Post Consultation at Reception:
    • Embed RSSDI video links into your patient app, like appointment booking etc. 
    • Front office staff can share the links with patients via WhatsApp as per doctor advice.  
  5. Integrate in your website: Include video links in your clinic / hospital website.
